How I got started

i got started after highschool ended i was kinda in a bad place in life and needed a release so instead of turning to the normal i started running to see what i was capable of and it just took off from there

Goals for the Future

so its the off season now and im actually training harder then ever this season i have a good solid season planned i plan on competing in six half ironmans all up and down the east coast and if things go well hopefully qualifying for a spot at the half ironman world championships in florida. im also riding in the furnace creek 508 in oct for the first time

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

yeah i train like 6 days a week im always doing something i have a hard time sitting still so im always doing something even if its just stretching . my schedule is pretty full i work 6 days a week and then try to train about 30 hours a week on top of that

Music?

i listen to anything thats gets me motivated right now my playlist usually consists of some hip hop to start it out ive really been in to ti lately and then i usually end it with some rise against

ive worked with food my whole life and am currently working as a chef in boston

i have competed in running events from 5ks to marathons i also compete in triathlon which i have copmeted and finished everything from sprints to half ironmans some of my accomplishments are a 1st in my age group finish in a 5k 7th overall 3rd in my age group finish at sprint triathlon and many sub 2 hour half marathons
