Hole Shot Alley lets race (85cc Bike, Pit bike, Quads)Helmet Cam (Taking it easy, broken bike)Do you challenge yourself? It feels good when someone comes up to me after a race and says things like nice job, Boy I like to watch you race, or you have allot of heart. You know what? I did not win the race i crashed hard, but did finish. Hearing that makes you feel like you just won. Thanks Bo The only Fear I have is the Fear of quitting. If I were to quit I would fear to never have known what the outcome would be! Respect all competitors, they are out there trying a sport you both like! The Real race is within yourself. Dreaming, Knowing, and Doing is all it takes. Sounds easy doesn't it. Which is easier quitting or to continue? When you continue even though you feel like giving in, that's the difference between winning or losing. It's all within yourself. Fear is your tool, it's a tool we can use to challenge our self everyday. Some cool quotes Live in the moment, the moment is now. DO IT THE FIRST TIME LIKE IT'S YOUR SECOND CHANCE Bo Schuette When you are down and out but you get back up and and keep going! Having the heart and desire to finish what you started no matter what the outcome maybe.
If I'm not in front of you, I'm right behind you cause I never give-up! Think it, now believe it and go do do it !!! Who ? The best way out is always through. =Robert Frost Don't tell people how to do things, tell them what to do and let them surprise you with their results. George Smith Patton "Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done." - Rocky Balboa Courage is fear holding on a minute longer. George Smith Patton
1. Never give up. It’s never too late to make a move until the checkered flag flies. 2. Ride hard and ride smart. 3. Cheaters are not really winners. 4. Never underestimate the competition. Everyone is a competitor. 5. Keep the competition on the track. Off the track we are all friends with a common interest. 6. When things get tough, cowboy up. This is not a sport for faint of heart. 7. Don’t beat yourself up. Learn from your mistakes. 8. Even the best riders have off days. Hitching Post Sportsman AwardShane Rhode can be seen at most Thursday Elko Practices and all of the Motokazie Motocross races. He has been racing for 7 years, starting at age 6, and has competed in the Motocross series for 4 seasons. He is a quiet, respectful young man that is known for his sense of humor and positive attitude at the track. He has won 3 awards this season in the Motokazie Motocross series, including 1st place in the 85cc 9-12 class, 2nd place in the 85cc 12-15 class and 3 place in the Supermini class. In the District 23 series he finished 6th overall in the 85cc 9-12 class and 8th in the 85cc 12-15 class. This year’s winner of the 2006 Hitching Post Sportsman Award is #181 Shane Rhode. Honorable ScholarJohn Liebl has only been racing for about 4 years; and wasn’t able to do much. He has not had much financial support, so he’s been doing pretty much everything on his own. This rider finished 3rd in the 125B class in the Supercross Series. He graduated with a 4.0 from Montevideo Senior High last spring and is currently a student at the University of Minnesota Duluth. He states that his goal is to graduate in 4 years with a degree in mechanical engineering. This year’s winner of the Motokazie Honorable Scholar Award is #802 John Liebl. Chasing the DreamRyan Orres has been racing for almost 10 years. He has definitely taken his racing career very seriously in those 10 years, working at improving his abilities every year. He has purposefully raced at several different tracks to test his skills in a variety of track conditions. Just by reading his application, it is clear that he wants to improve; and be the best rider he can be, not just the fastest. His goal for 2007 is to qualify for Loretta Lynns, and race at the Ponca City Amateur Nationals along with the Branson Amateur Nationals. This year’s winner of the Motokazie Chasing the Dream Award is #512 Ryan Orres. Curt Braulick Memorial AwardMotokazie, with the help of Dale Braulick, held a Memorial race at the Mankato MX race on 7/9/06 in honor of Curt Braulick, Dale’s brother. Curt was an avid dirt bike rider and motorsports fan. He passed away in 2005 due to a dirt biking accident. The Mankato Memorial race raised $115 to be donated to the Curt Braulick Scholarship Fund; and the Braulick family has raised $285, for a total award of $400. This Scholarship will be awarded to a motocross rider who exhibits the same characteristics Curt was known for = positive attitude, sportsmanship, and a love for motorsports. Bo Schuette has actually just completed his first year of racing. In his application he said that racing his bike is his favorite past time. He also stated that he’s made a lot of new friends; and feels like the racing community is like a second family. He has learned this year to Never give up, because continuing thru will only make him better at riding and everything he does in life. This year’s winner of the Curt Braulick Memorial Award is # 09 Bo
