2009 Personal Goals- To complete a 10K at 5:30/mile pace
- To complete an Olympic Distance Triathlon in under 2 hours
- To complete my 1st marathon & finish it in under 3 hours
- To qualify for 2009 USAT Age Group Nationals, compete well, and hopefully be good enough to qualify for the ITU World Championship on August 29, 2010 in Budapest, Hungary
