Courtney,
Thanks for the heads up about FLUID, I received an invite from them and joined up. I am working to increase my distance and get out of the Olympic/Sprint distances. I can see you are still kicking ass, keep it up.

Athletic SupportersThank you, SPONSORS!! Freeride Bike and Skate Shop- Warrensburg, MO www.freeridebikeandskate.com 660-429-6595 Justin and his crew go out of the way to make you happy. They specialize in more mountain and freeride style bikes, but they do have quite a selection of road bikes and order in the best tri bikes available. No body will beat their prices on full and frame bikes. TriSports.com- Tucson, AZ (online) www.trisports.com 888-293-3943 TriSports.com knows what you want. The know before you know, and they have it in stock for you. These people can take of you. The best place to go for gear, gizmos, necessitites. They even sell complete bikes. Check out their Fly n’ Fit program. Their motto: This sport is hard enough. Your shopping shouldn’t be. When shopping at TriSports, check out with this code: CCrut-S it will get you at least 15% off any purchase over $25! Fluid Recovery- San Luis Obispo, CA www.livefluid.com The Fluid Recovery drink is formulated to assist glycogen restoration, support muscle protein repair, and reduced inflammation immediately after exercise. If you train and compete regularly and want to maximize the benefits of your training by rebuilding muscle and restoring glycogen stores quickly, Fluid Recovery is the right choice. Also, these guys known their stuff! Owners Dave and Rich get it. They understand. Athletes in their own right, they can relate- which means their products can relate. Ultimately- Fluid will help you. -- FLUID is on sponsorhouse/ loop'd.. check it out-- http://triathlon.loopd.com/Members/FLUID/Home.aspx Tropical Xtreme Tanz- Blue Springs, MO tropicalxtremetanz@sbcglobal.net 816-228-2269 Pam, Enoch and families have finally provided the eastern Kansas City area with a very high quality tanning facility at a price everyone can afford. They offer the absolute best tanning beds around. You should check out their high pressure Sunboard tanning bed. It’s the only one you’ll find this side of Colorado. Also, while this may be a top of the line salon, you don’t get the snooty “We’re too good for you here’s your bed take a towel” staff. The people TXT have really made this the premier tanning place. Oh, and I have the best color I have ever had! Motor Tabs- Tustin, CA http://www.motortabs.com/ Preventing dehydration during exercise is one of the keys of maintaining exercise performance (particularly in hot/humid environments). People engaged in intense exercise or work in the heat need to frequently ingest water or sports drinks (e.g., 6-8 oz every 10 – 15 minutes). Fluid loss during exercise is related to relative humidity, ambient temperature, clothing and fitness level. Exercise performance can be significantly impaired when 2% or more of body weight is lost through sweat. MotorTabs stops this damage and actually helps your body. H2O Audio http://www.h2oaudio.com/ Music can improve your mood, increase endurance, and bestow vital motivation. Would Rocky have been able to beat Clubber Lang (a.k.a. Mr.T) without "eye of the tiger" playing in his training montage. We here at H2O Audio think not. We also believe that the inspirational and spiritual power of music should not be reserved only for the Rocky Balboas and other land loving athletes of the world. As surfers, wakeboarders, paddlers, and swimmers we encourage H2O Audio users to experience their music in any element. 573-216-3148 2A Management is quickly becoming the leader for athlete representation in the action sports industry.
